Terms of Service

By placing an order with Twinkle & Hex, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information
All of our polishes are handmade in small batches. Slight variations may occur from batch to batch, including shimmer intensity, particle placement, or glow strength. These differences are normal and part of what makes each polish unique.

2. Order Processing
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During launch periods or sales, this may be extended slightly. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If your order is lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@twinklehexpolish.com within 7 days. We’ll do our best to assist you or send a replacement for damaged items.

4. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on replacement.

5. Use at Your Own Risk
Our products are for external use only. Please read ingredient lists carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Twinkle & Hex is not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse.
