Refund policy
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products.
That said, if your item arrives damaged or broken, please email us at info@twinklehexpolish.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and provide clear photos of the damage. We’re happy to replace any item that breaks during shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or color preference.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
