Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via USPS from Tennessee.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. During launch periods or sales, this may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once the USPS scans your package, delivery times typically range from 2 to 10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first. Unfortunately, we can’t replace items that are stolen after delivery. If a package is lost in transit, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@twinklehexpolish.com within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement if the item is still in stock.

International Shipping
We’re not currently offering international shipping, but we hope to in the future.
