Shipping & Orders

How long will my order take?

We ship from a small town in TN. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. However, please note that shipping times may be extended up to 14 days during launches or special events. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start packing quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. Email us right away at info@twinklehexpolish.com, and we’ll try to catch it.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you live near White House, TN, reach out, we might be able to do local pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my polish?

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days and we’ll repair it.

My polish arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please take a photo and email it to info@twinklehexpolish.com. We’ll take care of it.

Are your polishes 10-free, cruelty-free, and vegan?

Yes. All Twinkle & Hex polishes are 10-free, cruelty-free, and vegan. 

Do I need to shake or roll the bottle?

Yes — gently shake or roll before use to remix pigments and glitters.

There’s settling — is that normal?

Absolutely. It’s a good sign of handmade magic. Just shake it up.

Safety & Ingredients

Are your polishes safe for kids or during pregnancy?

Our products are 10-free and cosmetic-grade. If you’re concerned, check with your doctor or pediatrician first.

Do your polishes contain glitter or mica?

Some do! Please reach out to info@twinklehexpolish.com with any questions.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Sometimes — join our email list or follow us on Instagram to catch them. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but we’re working on it.

How does the wishlist work?

Do you offer pre-orders?

Not usually. Most launches are first-come, first-served — but if we ever do a preorder, we’ll announce it clearly.
